Exhibitor Information

The 2012 Organizing Committee welcomes individual and corporate Exhibiting Sponsors.

Exhibits are co-located with poster sessions at the Dena'ina Center to increase traffic to these well-attended gatherings. The two evenings boast Symposium and interested public attendees of 700 or more per night. The Symposium provides a no-host bar and light appetizers. There is a free shuttle between venues which typically starts 1/2 hour prior to the first wave of poster presenters (5:45pm) and ends 1/2 hour after the last wave ends (9:00pm).

Exhibits spaces are 10'x10'. Electricity and a hard-internet connection are available through IMIG AV for approximately $65/day for the internet and a one time $30 hook up for electricity.

Because this Symposium is not for profit, Exhibiting Sponsors will be charged at cost. The Organizing Committee is currently offering five total individual or corporate Exhibit Sponsorships. If you are interested in this or have questions, please contact the Exhibits Chair, Terry Thompson.

Symposium Sponsors are entitled to one space, but are required to sign up prior to the deadline (forthcoming) in order to plan with venue and fire code regulations since space is limited.

A list of the Exhibiting Sponsors will be noted on this website and in the Symposium program.
